1:1 SEMH Teaching Assistant

Salary: £88 – £110 per day
Contract: Full Time

GSL Education are seeking a resilient 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a KS4 pupil with SEMH needs in Holme on Spalding Moor.

Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 support for a KS4 pupil with SEMH needs
* Support behaviour regulation and classroom engagement
* Encourage attendance, confidence and resilience
* Work alongside teaching and pastoral staff
* Help pupils remain focused on learning targets
Requirements
* Experience supporting SEMH / behaviour needs
* Strong resilience and calm approach
* Experience in secondary education preferred
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
