Our client is a well established manufacturer owned dealership in Staines. They are looking for an Automotive Car Sales Retail Manager! Our client is looking for a Business Manager / Sales Manager who can look after finance, GAP and other regulated products.

Responsibilities of a Car Sales Retail Manager:
11. Monitoring and supporting the sales team during the sales process, engaging directly with customers at the appropriate time.
12. Responsibility for all financing, GAP and other regulated products.
13. Controlling the sale of finance and insurance (F&I) products and services.
14. Control of all payments/commissions, for vehicles and F&I products, both from customers and finance companies.
15. Ensuring all F&I transactions are made in accordance with FCA regulations and code of practice.
16. Relationship management between finance companies and our client.
The Successful Car Sales Retail Manager will have:
17. Previous experience in a business manager role within the automotive industry. Whether that be main dealer, independent or car supermarket.
18. A full understanding of vehicle finance and other related products.
19. Solid experience of managing warranties and GAP at high volumes.
20. A full UK driving license.
21. Ability to work to deadlines and exceed sales targets monthly.
