Our brand new vacancy for a Scheduling Coordinator might be the perfect fit for you.
The Role
The Scheduling Coordinator is crucial for delivering excellent service to our customers. The role involves scheduling service visits for our field engineering teams, keeping customers informed, and liaising with field engineers and internal departments to ensure SLAs are met while providing outstanding customer service.
Shifts
42 hours per week, working 4 days, 10.5 hours each, including weekends (approximately 1 in 3 weekends).
Responsibilities include:
* Scheduling engineer visits efficiently and coordinating with engineers to optimize their workload.
* Ensuring customer SLAs are met by effectively utilizing resources and planning work efficiently.
* Keeping customers informed about service progress and updates.
Key Skills and Attributes
* Strong geographical knowledge with experience scheduling field visits across the UK & Ireland.
* Organized, logical, and able to work independently.
* Enthusiastic, positive team player.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with tactful communication in challenging situations.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* IT proficiency, including MS Excel and MS Word.
