What We’re Looking For
As part of the People & Culture team, you’ll influence change and help make SOTI a top employer. This role offers significant growth opportunities for those who take ownership and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
* Identify and source suitable talent for global roles across various departments including Product/Software Development, Sales, Technical Support, Business Operations, Professional Services, and Marketing.
* Manage the entire recruitment process from assessments to interviews, debriefs, and offers.
* Provide recruitment guidance to hiring managers.
* Screen candidates to create a top shortlist.
* Enhance SOTI’s employer brand through social media, job boards, and advertising campaigns.
* Develop and execute recruitment campaigns for passive talent and digital marketing initiatives.
* Research market trends related to candidate compensation and recruitment strategies.
* Participate in recruitment events and manage follow-ups.
* Assist HR colleagues with onboarding, reporting, employment relations, and other projects.
Qualifications
* Experience in talent acquisition, especially recruiting for Product/Software Development roles.
* Experience with agency and corporate recruitment.
* Strong sourcing skills, including cold calling, networking, and digital campaigns.
* Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities, including high-volume recruiting.
* Experience working with challenging hiring managers.
* Experience recruiting within EMEA is advantageous.
* Fluent in English; German or Spanish is a plus.
