Finance & Operations Officer (No Experience Required)
London | Hybrid working, 3 days in the office | £28, + excellent benefits

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation working to support women facing injustice and inequalities. Sitting at the heart of a small, collaborative team, you’ll play a key role in keeping finance, HR, and office operations running smoothly. It’s a hands-on, varied role where no two days look the same, and where a proactive attitude and willingness to get stuck in will be just as important as any prior experience.

What you’ll do

1. Help keep day-to-day finance processes running smoothly, including raising and processing invoices, handling payments, monitoring incoming funds, following up on overdue amounts, and supporting account reconciliations
2. Complete routine bank reconciliations and assist in identifying and resolving any inconsistencies
3. Administer staff expenses, reimbursements, and corporate card activity, ensuring records are kept accurate and up to date
4. Provide administrative support to HR activities such as onboarding and leaving processes, managing pre-employment checks, and handling recruitment enquiries
5. Help organise interviews and diary arrangements, supporting coordination across the HR team
6. Contribute to day-to-day office support, including ordering supplies and working with external contractors and building contacts
7. Assist with general coordination tasks such as managing shared inboxes, liaising with suppliers, and arranging meetings
