Job Summary: We are a well-established and reputable golf club with a proud tradition of providing high-quality dining and hospitality experiences for our members and guests. Our kitchen team delivers a mix of classic and contemporary dishes, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients in a relaxed and scenic setting. We are looking for a passionate and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade on a full-time basis. You’ll play an important role in preparing and presenting quality dishes, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations. Due to location you must be able to drive Responsibilities: * Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard. * Run your section of the kitchen efficiently and hygienically. * Support menu planning and development with creative ideas. * Maintain stock control, reduce waste, and manage prep lists. * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Help train and support junior members of the team. Experience: * Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen. * A passion for quality food and attention to detail. * Strong teamwork and communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure while maintaining standards. * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and events as required.
