Since our beginnings back in 1999 the heartland of our distribution has been through the fantastic independent health stores which exist in UK and Ireland. In support of our trade with these retailers we have a team of remotely based territory managers and we are looking to recruit a Field Sales Manager to lead them.
Key Responsibilities include:
· Management and development of field sales team
· Delivery of sales KPIs through your team
· Management and use of CRM platforms
· All aspects of forecasting and budgeting for team customer base
· Input to marketing activity, product development and setting business goals
· Working closely with all internal departments to execute account plans
Competencies
* Ability to coach, manage and motivate team
* Strong commercial awareness
* Structured account management ability
* Great internal and external communication skills
* Highly skilled in FMCG sales
* Knowledge of supplements and ability to grasp technical details of products
* Willing to travel and work remotely across UK, Ireland, and our head office in Daventry
Experience & Qualifications
* Minimum six years field sales experience
* Minimum of two years team management experience
* Strong ability with MS Office programs
* Holds full driving license
