Are you a skilled planned with a passion for organisation, efficiency, and excellent customer service? We’re looking for a motivated Repaira Planner to join a forward-thinking, sustainability-driven service organisation at the forefront of transforming the built environment.
Our client is a fast-growing regional service centre team supporting the delivery of planned, reactive, and void maintenance works across a dynamic property portfolio. What You’ll Do
In this vital role, you will:
1. Coordinate the scheduling of engineers and subcontractors across multiple contracts
2. Ensure efficient planning of reactive and planned maintenance tasks
3. Maintain accurate records on internal systems and generate key reports
4. Communicate regularly with internal teams, service partners, and clients
5. Support performance tracking, holiday rotas, and resource allocation
6. Contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
7. Experience in scheduling within a maintenance or facilities management environment
8. Strong admin and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
10. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
11. Excellent communication and customer service skills
12. Experience within a regional service centre or knowledge of housing/accommodation service delivery contracts.
