The Role The school is seeking a highly organised and proactive School Administrator to join its busy and welcoming office team. This is a key role within the school, providing efficient administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of operations. You will be the first point of contact for many stakeholders, including parents, staff and external visitors, and will play an important role in maintaining the professional and friendly atmosphere of the school. Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative support across the school office Manage incoming calls, emails and enquiries in a professional and timely manner Maintain accurate student records and databases Support attendance and admissions processes Assist with the preparation of reports, letters and school communications Coordinate meetings, appointments and school events Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed when dealing with visitors Work closely with teaching and support staff to meet administrative needs Requirements Previous administrative experience (school-based experience desirable but not essential) Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of organisation and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team A professional, calm and approachable manner Why Join This School?
