Offering hybrid working, you must be able to attend training at their Watford office and for 2-3 days per week thereafter.\n\nSalary of £30,000 to £31,000\n\nBenefits include:\n\nEnhanced pension (up to 15% employer contribution)\nAnnual salary review\nUp to 27 days annual leave + bank holidays\nDiscretionary bonus paid twice annually\nSalary sacrifice car scheme from day 1\nPrivate healthcare \n\nCandidates must have a customer service background within an office environment, be keen to learn and also grow their career, as well as be great team players to be part of a successful and growing team. \n\nRole overview:\n\nSupport the order process and ensure high levels of customer service are received\nProvide a good level of customer service by ensuring all enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently, and that the customer is kept up to date at all stages of the process\nProcess all deliveries for all orders placed online\nReply to emails in a timely and professional manner\nProvide a high level of support to customers throughout the process \nHandling customer queries and problems as they arise\nWorking well as part of a team\nContact customers if there is an issue with their delivery \n\nCandidate requirements:\n\nPrevious experience within customer service \nRelationship building skills\nPrevious administration experience\nStrong team player\nGood communication skills on all levels \nAble to commute to the Watford office - hybrid working is available after training \n\nLooking for the next step in your career?
