This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am 5:00pm, although we are open to discussing flexibility in working hours for the right candidate.

Key Duties
1. Processing internal and external purchase orders and maintaining accurate, up-to-date internal order tracking databases
2. Daily management of multiple shared mailboxes
3. Liaising with suppliers, Project Managers, and the Goods In department regarding order queries, deliveries, and updates
4. Managing international deliveries, working closely with suppliers, couriers, and customs agents to ensure smooth delivery processes and accurate, compliant customs records
5. Handling incoming calls, emails, and enquiries, responding promptly and professionally
6. Setting up and amending new and existing job records
7. Creating RAMS and Operation & Maintenance manuals for projects
