PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to) • Perform the receipt and testing of all incoming temperature-controlled shippers. • Perform all shipment processing in Company systems in accordance with Work Instruction and SOP • Perform shipper cleaning process to ensure shippers maintain pharmaceutical elegance. • Responsible for inventory cycle counts for fixed assets and consumable goods. • Ensures all job-related paperwork is correct, error-free, and completed in real-time as per SOPs. • Effectively communicate and correspond with other business units, clients, drivers, etc. • Regularly check SOP's and work instructions for assigned Logistics Center activities. • Practice safely operating mechanical equipment, including a forklift, pallet jack, and handcarts. • Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with health, safety, and environmental statutory, regulatory, and company regulations. • Works around hazardous substances and follows all safety guidelines to minimize exposure. • Available for infrequent overtime work as necessary and to be willing to attend site, out of hours in the case of emergency or extraordinary work requirement. • Assist in the supervision of temporary contract staff as required. • To participate in client audits and facility presentations as needed. • Perform other duties as assigned. • Back-up driver for the Cryoshuttle COMPETENCIES & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES • Ability to perform highly in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to continually embrace personal and professional development. • Passion for and alignment with, Company's mission • A change agent and strong collaborator who is not afraid of challenging status quo. • An individual who brings strong core values, quality, ethics, and integrity • A collaborative team player who embraces and champions the culture. • Maintains a professional manner when problems/conflicts arise. • Strong work ethic and ability to deliver results and meet commitments in a dynamic environment. • Exceptional organizational and planning skills, strong analytical abilities, and process orientation • Exceptional and dynamic communications skills with the ability to inspire and influence people at all levels, build consensus and commitment, and effectively drive change throughout the organization at a rate that fits the corporate culture. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS • Secondary Education • Must be able to lift/carry up to 20-80 lbs. • Frequent physical activity, i.e., walking, lifting, standing, cleaning, counting, etc. • Must be able to effectively communicate in English. • Proficient computer skills, specifically with Chrome/Edge and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to operate hand tools and mechanical equipment. • Prior experience with pick/pack, ship, receive deliveries and inventory control procedure, preferred. • Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, Lean Six Sigma or SS, and Kanban, a plus • Valid Driver's license with clean driving record
