The Job:
We are seeking a Field Service Engineer (FSE) to deliver service activities such as installations, repairs, maintenance, and technical support for chromatography and mass spectrometry instruments, primarily across the Central Region with occasional travel. Your responsibilities include:
* Providing high-quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Achieving high first-time fix rates and minimizing repair times.
* Reducing repeated call rates.
* Supporting service targets related to bookings, revenue, profit, and overhead costs in compliance with internal procedures.
What You Will Do:
* Perform field service duties adhering to safety and customer regulations.
* Support LSMS and chromatography instruments primarily (80%).
