Role: Production Worker Location: Wellingborough Days: Adhoc Temp 1-2 days per week Pay: £12.21 per hour My client in Wellingborough is looking for a production worker to join their team on a Temp basis. They are looking for someone ideally who has worked in a manufacturing environment or someone who has previous experience with woodwork. Responsibilities: - Perform finishing tasks on wood products according to specifications and quality standards - Use hand tools and power tools to assemble, fabricate, and finish products - Operate machinery and equipment to complete finishing processes - Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements: - Desirable but not necessary, experience working in a manufacturing environment - Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks - Basic machinery skills are a plus - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Full training and support will be given for all tasks involved.
