As we continue our rapid growth, our creative output plays a key role in how we connect with millions of customers across digital platforms.Check out our products here: https://www.nutritiongeeks.co/About the RoleWe’re looking for a creative and ambitious Midweight Graphic/Performance Designer to join our growing Creative Team. You’ll design high-performing digital ads, emails, and social content that reach millions of people every month - all while developing your skills in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.This is an incredible opportunity for a midweight designer who’s eager to grow, experiment, and see their work make a direct impact on one of the UK’s most exciting consumer brands.What You’ll DoDevelop and execute creative campaigns and visual assets across digital platformsDesign high-impact static ads for Meta, TikTok, and other performance channelsCreate visually engaging, conversion-optimised email marketing campaignsLearn and apply UX/UI principles to design website visuals and bannersAssist in packaging design for new and existing productsSupport in-house photoshoots with creative direction and asset preparationEdit and adapt content for various digital platforms, ensuring brand consistencyAnalyse design performance and use data-driven insights to refine creative outputStay up to date with digital design trends and contribute fresh ideas to the teamSkills You’ll Need6 months – 2 years’ experience in brand or digital design (CPG/eCommerce a plus)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and FigmaStrong eye for composition, typography, and visual detailEnthusiastic learner who thrives in a fast-moving, feedback-driven environmentReliable, proactive, and highly organisedPassionate about design, marketing, and creative storytellingBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field – bonus, not essentialBenefitsCompetitive base salary (DOE) + performance-based bonus30 days holiday, including Bank HolidaysPrivate HealthcareCompany PensionFree Nutrition Geeks supplementsWork with a tight-knit, high-performing team in a fast-growth environmentHuge career growth opportunities as we scale globallyBuild a strong portfolio with performance-led creative workIf this sounds like you, hit apply or email Ben at Ben@hypergrowthrec.co.uk to find out more!
