The Role
You will join the legal team as a Commercial Paralegal on a 6 month fixed term contract, supporting on a wide range of commercial agreements and legal matters across the business.
The role will involve:
* Reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
* Assisting with supplier and customer agreements
* Supporting internal stakeholders across the business
* Helping manage legal risk across ongoing projects and operations
* Working closely with experienced legal professionals within a collaborative legal team
This position offers hands-on exposure to commercially focused legal work within a busy international business.
You will have:
* At least 6 months to 1 year of experience dealing with commercial contracts
