1. Manage and oversee cost planning, budgeting and cost control process for multi-disciplinary design, construction and Infrastructure projects.
2. Assist in the preparation and negotiation of both Client Contracts and Subcontracts
3. Prepare and negotiate quotations and variations in accordance with project requirements
4. Build and maintain positive relationships with Clients, Contractors and Designers.
5. Ensure project compliance with regulations, standards and company policies.
6. Analyse and report on project cost, value, risk and overall performance.
Degree in Quantity Surveying.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of NEC Construction Contracts.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Manage junior members of staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
