Role: Mechanical & Electrical Supervisor
Hours: 40 hrs/week
Location: Templecombe

Role Responsibilities:
1. Continual management of PPM and reactive tasks, ensuring tasks are completed in line with the agreed SLA and KPIs
2. Support the FM to improve and enhance stakeholder relationships
3. PDA training, development and auditing with on site team
4. Support the FM to improve and enhance stakeholder relationships
5. Lead on developing, supporting and mentoring engineers to maximise their potential
6. Provide FM resilience across the Templecombe site
7. Build and create a proactive customer focussed delivery model for all hard service contracts.
Required Qualifications:
8. Experience in M&E industries
9. Experience in dealing with various mechanical, electrical and specialist systems (liquid nitrogen, oxygen monitoring, compressed air)
10. Experience in working with and managing a team of multi skilled engineers
11. Water management experience desirable
12. Mechanical/electrical Engineering qualification.
