•CRM & Sales Funnel Strategy: Utilise the CRM system effectively to track leads and manage the sales pipeline.

Your Skill Set
Essential Requirements:
•Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience managing and coaching a sales team in a consultative sales environment (not retail).
•Telesales Advantage: Prior telesales experience is highly beneficial.
•Detail-oriented: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of store operations.
•Prioritisation and Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
•Adaptable Communication: Seamlessly transition between telesales and face-to-face customer interactions, adapting communication style as needed.
•Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with customers, team members, and senior management.
•Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic, upbeat, and able to motivate and inspire the team.
•Local Residence: Must live within a 30-minute commute of the store.
•Previous experience in consultative sales and/or telesales is mandatory.
