Position: Shift Manager
As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for completing all shift work requirements by orienting, assisting, and coaching employees. You will ensure all standards are met by adhering to production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards. Your role involves monitoring operations, reallocating resources, and solving operational problems.
You will work within a multi-million-pound restaurant and manage a team of 100 or more employees. You will be part of the management team driving the restaurant forward by building sales, increasing profitability, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You will work various shifts, including breakfast, evenings, and overnight shifts (if operating 24 hours), to gain experience in all aspects of the business.
