About the Role
We are recruiting Adult Registered Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD), Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Paramedics to join a respected UK Health & Social Care provider as Adult Disability Assessors in the Chatham area.
This is a non-treatment role focused on professional assessment, clinical reasoning, and report writing. You’ll use your clinical skills in a structured environment that supports work–life balance, professional development, and long-term career progression.
What You’ll Do
Conduct adult-only functional assessments via telephone, video, and face-to-face (approximately 70% home-based).
Review medical evidence and produce clear, well-structured clinical reports.
Assess a broad range of physical, cognitive, and mental health conditions.
Provide impartial reports that support DWP disability benefit decisions.
Work autonomously with full clinical support available at all times.
Gain full diary control and increased flexibility after six months. This is a calm, organised clinical role with no treatment, caseload management, or shift pressures.
Who We’re Looking For
You must have at least 12 months’ post-registration experience in an adult setting and be one of the following:
Registered General Nurse (RGN)
Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD)
Physiotherapist
Occupational Therapist
Paramedic You will also need:
Valid NMC or HCPC registration (unrestricted)
Strong clinical reasoning and clear report-writing skills
Confident IT skills
Ability to travel to Chatham for face-to-face assessments
Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available) Salary & Benefits

Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
