Sports graduates often make great teaching assistants (TAs) because they bring a unique mix of discipline, teamwork, communication skills, and practical knowledge that directly supports both classroom learning and extracurricular development. Here's why: Roles and Responsibilities: Assist teachers in classes, lead practical sessions, and support student learning. Help run training sessions, ensure safe practice, and give feedback on performance. Mark assignments, support tutorials, and guide students with coursework. Track attendance, manage equipment, and assist in organizing events. Support and motivate students; promote sports and wellness. Help with data collection, analysis, and academic projects.
