Job Type : 6 Month Contract (Potential to Convert to Permanent)
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a leading Banking Group supporting Personal Loans account holders.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with call centre experience looking to grow within financial services.
Key Responsibilities :
* Act as the first point of contact for Personal Loans customers via inbound calls
* Deliver exceptional customer service while handling account-related queries
* Manage and update customer information accurately in line with company policies
* Work collaboratively within a high-performing team environment
* Strive to achieve first-contact resolution for all customer enquiries
* Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment while following strict processes and procedures
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
* Meet Key Performance Indicators including Average Handling Time (AHT)
Required Experience:
* Previous Call Centre / Contact Centre experience
* Strong Customer Service background
* Excellent communication and listening skills
Desirable Experience:
* Financial Services customer support experience
* Personal Loans servicing experience
* Customer Records Management experience
