The Club Room is the hub of our clubs where our members expect quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in a comfortable environment where they can work, relax or socialise with friends and family.

As a Clubroom F&B Supervisor, you will overlook a team within our indoor and outdoor operation which will include managing events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights, and other activities. We create an environment where our teams feel a sense of belonging, an environment where they can thrive, both physically and mentally whilst fulfilling their full potential.


Responsibilities

* Oversee a team within indoor and outdoor operations, including managing events such as summer BBQs and quiz nights.
* Ensure that members receive quality, healthy meals and exceptional service.
* Maintain a comfortable and welcoming environment for members to work, relax, or socialize.


About you

We are looking for someone who is:

* A self‑motivated individual who takes pride in delivering great quality food and exceptional service to members.
* A strong team player with collaboration skills.
* Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility, e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility.
