An established Lanarkshire firm is seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join its close-knit private client team. This role offers a central position within the department, working closely with colleagues to deliver a consistently high standard of service to a loyal local client base in a fully office-based setting.
Role Requirements:
- Managing an executry-focused private client caseload independently
- Advising clients on core private client matters
- Providing guidance and oversight to junior colleagues, including secretarial and paralegal support
- Working collaboratively across the team
Experience:
- Qualified solicitor with substantial private client experience
- Executry experience essential
Skills:
- Technical capability in executries and related private client work
- Clear, practical and client-focused communication style
- Confidence supervising and supporting junior team members
- Comfortable working in a fully office-based environment
