Responsibilities Mixture of planning and manifesting/dispatching drivers Adherence tosite policies and procedures Provide operational updates to operations manager on a regular basis.
Provide exceptional services and ensure customer satisfaction by supporting overall performance Helping to resolve issues and disputes.
The main skills we are looking for are: Attention to detail Time management Use of MS Office Great teamplayer Confident working alone Good communicationskills Transport knowledge desirable This is for ourbusy client in Crick, you will be a vital part of thetransport office team, dealing withdrivers as well as the customer and your colleagues.
You will need a keen eye fordetail,Aswell asstrong communicationskills as this can be an admin heavy role.
Previoustransport planningor transport adminexperience is preferable but not essential. xjlbheb
