A friendly and inclusive primary school in Gateshead is looking for a dedicated Part-Time Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support pupils who may need additional help in the classroom.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to work flexibly while making a meaningful difference to pupils’ learning and confidence.
The role is part-time, term time only, working between 8.30am and 3.30pm, with flexibility on working days.

The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support pupils across a range of learning activities.
Your responsibilities may include:
• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
• Helping pupils stay engaged and focused during lessons
• Encouraging confidence and independence in learning
• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs
• Assisting teachers with classroom organisation
