We're working with a leading independent insurance broker that is expanding its specialist property & real estate division. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, supportive team and work with a diverse portfolio of property clients - including landlords, developers, managing agents, and real estate investors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day servicing of property and real estate insurance accounts
2. Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and new business processing
3. Liaise with insurers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and secure competitive coverage
4. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
5. Build strong relationships with clients, Account Executives, and underwriters
6. Support the wider team with placement strategies and client communication
What we're looking for:
7. Previous experience as an Account Handler in commercial insurance (property or real estate experience preferred)
8. Strong knowledge of property-related risks and insurance products
9. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
10. Confident communicator with a client-first mindset
11. Cert CII qualification (or working towards) is a bonus
