Job Summary Our Campus Ambassadors represent Viridien during their final academic year, helping us to raise the profile of our Graduate roles and improve brand awareness by becoming an on-campus extension of our company. This is a great opportunity to build on your knowledge of Viridien, whilst developing your communication, event management and organisational skills. You will support our key attraction activities, acting as a link between Viridien and your university’s STEM students. As a Campus Ambassador, you will help us plan, promote and run our marketing events at your university and work closely with Viridien’s Talent Acquisition and Technical teams to drive Viridien’s brand campaigns and attract the best talent. Key Responsibilities Attend careers fairs at your university with representatives from our Technical and Talent Acquisition teams to promote Viridien Facilitate introductions between Viridien and STEM Heads of Department staff Work with key societies and social clubs to spread the word about Viridien and support in the production of relevant print and online content for the student community Publicise Viridien activities and events Generate innovative ideas on how Viridien can strengthen links with your university Analyse the most effective medium of communication with your university’s STEM students Display posters on notice boards (where appropriate and applicable) Assist and coordinate the execution of additional on campus activity where necessary (workshops, presentations, competitions) Our Hiring Process At Viridien, we are committed to delivering a respectful, inclusive, and transparent recruitment experience.
