Job Title: Compliance and Complaints Manager
Location: Kings Lynn
Hours: Full-time (flexible hours considered)
Pay: £20 per hour via umbrella company or £17 per hour PAYE
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Compliance and Complaints Manager to join our GP surgery in Kings Lynn. This is a key role responsible for ensuring that our practice maintains high standards of compliance and effectively manages patient complaints. We have a full-time position available, but flexible working hours can be considered.
Role Overview:
As a Compliance and Complaints Manager, you will be responsible for:

Managing and investigating patient complaints in line with NHS procedures.

Ensuring the practice meets regulatory and compliance requirements, including a basic understanding of CQC standards.

Advising the practice team on compliance matters and best practices.
*
Maintaining accurate records of complaints and compliance issues and preparing reports for management.
*
Supporting continuous improvement in patient care and practice governance.
Requirements:

Experience working within an NHS setting.
*
Proven experience in handling complaints within primary care.
*
Basic knowledge of CQC requirements.
*
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
