Our client, a successful artist management company is seeking an experienced Music Industry PA to support two company Partners. The role is based in Central London.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Undertaking diary management for the Partners and light diary management for the wider executive team.
· Organising meetings, travel arrangements, appointments, restaurant bookings and events as needed for the Partners.
· Helping with personal PA duties occasionally for the Partners.
· Supporting with administration such as note taking, filing documents, archiving, managing and reconciling expenses.
· Summarising daily and weekly tasks and priorities.
· Taking minutes and circulating action points.
· Maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
· Communicating with the wider management and artist teams as needed.
· Undertaking ad hoc office management tasks, such as organising team meetings, ordering couriers, and meeting room management.
Requirements:
· Experience in the music industry in a support role is essential.
· Interest in the music industry and music.
· Meticulous attention to detail is essential.
· Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
· Able to identify opportunities to streamline processes.
· Proactive and personable approach.
· Able to problem solve and use own initiative.
· Good interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
· Confident working across multiple timezones and keeping up with communication across multiple communication streams.
· Discretion and confidentiality in work.
· Willingness to work extra hours as required by the demands of the role.
· Willing to work out of office hours occasionally and travel to events.
· Willing to work weekends/travel to events when required.
· Able to work well under pressure during busy periods.
· Understanding of the need for discretion and confidentiality.
· Proficient user of Apple software, Google doc creation and management, Dropbox, Box, iCal, Google cal, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Word).
· Working knowledge of Notion and Omnifocus is desirable.
