We're looking for a hands-on General Manager who lives and breathes hospitality — someone who can lead from the front, build a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience every single service.
The Role As General Manager, you'll take full ownership of the restaurant's day-to-day performance, culture, and results.
What You'll Do Lead and organise the front-of-house operation, ensuring consistently outstanding service
Be a visible, confident presence on the floor, setting standards and leading by example
Inspire, coach, and develop a diverse FOH team to deliver warm, confident hospitality
Own the guest journey, including service recovery and feedback
Drive performance across service, sales, labour, and standards
Work closely with the Kitchen Manager and senior leadership team to deliver seamless service
Support recruitment, training, engagement, and progression across the team
Champion the brand's values, culture, and energy every day
What We're Looking For Proven experience as a General Manager or Restaurant Manager in a high-volume, quality-led environment
A strong, floor-led leader who enjoys being hands-on
Excellent people-management and coaching skills
Commercial awareness with a focus on results and guest experience
Calm, confident decision-maker with a positive leadership style
A genuine passion for food, people, and great hospitality
