Job Title: Process and Framework Manager
Location: Samlesbury / Warton

Salary: £61,110+ dependant on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
1. Manage & deliver the Spares & Repairs Value Chain Processes and ensure they are recorded within the Spares & Repairs Value Chain Framework
2. Ensure that all regulatory requirements are being complied with across the Spares & Repairs Value Chain
3. Liaise with BAE Air Sector customers i.e., UK Typhoon, UK Hawk and overseas customers, to ensure best practice is shared and standards are equitable across businesses
4. Manage the development of Spares & Repairs staff involved across the processes and that any statutory training required is completed within timescales to maintain capability
5. Develop, in collaboration with Support & Services (S&S) Capability, Service Delivery Unit (SDU) and LoBs, the overarching processes for use by the S&S SDU and customers to ensure that all S&R activities are delivered in a consistent approach to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiencies are realised by Air
6. Highlight any specific training requirements within processes that require any staff charged with certifying activities are current with regards to qualifications and currency
Your skills and experiences:
Knowledge of: a Continuing Airworthiness Organisation (CAO), Supply Chain operations tools and techniques
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships
SME with: significant and varied working knowledge/experience of process and framework writing, including the technical service delivery and business acumen for how the capabilities deliver value to the business
Working knowledge of: the methodologies and techniques for analyzing, designing, benchmarking, developing, and deploying capabilities
