The Role: After Sales/Service Coordinator
This role is ideal for candidates passionate about maintaining customer relationships and seeking a dynamic, fun, and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
1. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction post-sale.
2. Maximise opportunities to increase contract service agreements.
3. Improve systems and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Coordinate daily service and repair visits for engineers.
5. Process engineers' worksheets through to invoice approval.
6. Create invoices and credits for service functions.
7. Ensure parts are sourced from correct stock locations.
8. Generate quotations for repair work based on service reports.
9. Assist with purchase orders and procurement activities for the service department.
10. Arrange travel and accommodation for the Service Manager, Team Leader, and Engineers when needed.
11. Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally.
