Our client, a leading investment bank focused on technology and tech-enabled services, is looking to hire a Vice President to join its M&A team in London.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead execution of sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions across technology and tech-enabled services sectors.
* Manage day-to-day deal processes and oversee analysts and associates.
* Prepare and review marketing materials including pitchbooks, information memoranda, and management presentations.
* Support client interaction and act as a key point of contact throughout transactions.
* Coordinate due diligence processes and manage external advisors.
* Contribute to business development and origination efforts.
Requirements
* 5-10 years’ experience in investment banking or M&A advisory.
* Strong execution experience across M&A transactions.
* Experience in technology or tech-enabled services sectors preferred.
* Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
* Proven ability to manage junior team members and multiple workstreams.
* Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong academic background.
