They are known for their professionalism and focus on delivering exceptional results for their clients Description As the Office Administrator / PA, you will: Collect gifts from stores across London for the Founder and family Order lunch and stationary for the office Prepare and organise documents, reports, and correspondence as required. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications. Maintain accurate records and ensure filing systems are up-to-date. Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Assist with the preparation of presentations and client materialProfile A successful Office Administrator / PA should have: Previous experience in an administrative or support role is preferred. Interest in working within a creative environment Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
