<h3>Overview</h3></br><p>Signet Recruitment and Retention are partnering with a high performing, people-centric business in Reading to recruit a <b>Learning Partner/Advisor</b> on an Interim or FTC basis for a 9-month period. The role is based in Reading with hybrid working; start immediately (or as soon as possible).</p></br><h3>What You’ll Do</h3></br><ul></br><li>Run engaging, results-focused learning sessions</li></br><li>Support the L&D Manager and support the L&D coordinator</li></br><li>Tailor delivery to all learning styles and needs, for a range of employees</li></br><li>Evaluate learning outcomes and recommend improvements</li></br><li>Stay up to date with L&D trends and tools</li></br><li>Act as a learning advisor to employees and managers</li></br><li>Support with the process of finding a great new LMS system</li></br><li>Collaborate with external providers</li></br><li>Work closely with the People & Culture (HR business partners, Recruitment Manager, HR systems Manager) and others, with a unified approach to the L&D agenda</li></br></ul></br><h3>What You’ll Bring</h3></br><ul></br><li>Proven experience in learning design and delivery</li></br><li>Strong understanding of learning principles and instructional design</li></br><li>Excellent communication and facilitation skills</li></br><li>Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders</li></br><li>Data-driven mindset and strong organisational skills</li></br><li>Proficiency in LMS platforms—ideally if you have implemented one/been part of the process, that would be a real asset</li></br></ul></br><p>This is a hybrid role; ideally 2-3 days per week in the Reading-based office.</p></br><h3>Job details</h3></br><ul></br><li>Seniority level: Associate</li></br><li>Employment type: Full-time</li></br><li>Job function: Human Resources</li></br><li>Industries: Telecommunications</li></br></ul>
