Account Manager Cyber Security Solutions
On behalf of a fast-growing Cyber Security Solutions provider that helps organisations protect their digital assets and stay ahead of evolving threats, we are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to nurture and grow a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise clients.
This role blends strategic account development with targeted new business activity, ensuring long-term client success while expanding our footprint across key sectors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive revenue growth across a portfolio of inherited accounts through proactive engagement and strategic account planning
2. Build strong, in-person relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and expansion
3. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding client challenges and aligning relevant cyber security solutions
4. Conduct regular client meetings, QBRs, and on-site visits to strengthen partnerships
5. Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure solutions are tailored to client needs
6. Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and account documentation
7. Support new business development by identifying and pursuing opportunities within both existing and net-new accounts
