Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on automated and semi‑automated production machinery
Diagnose faults across electrical and mechanical systems using schematics, PLC interfaces and diagnostic tools
Support continuous improvement projects, equipment upgrades and refurbishment activities
Ensure full compliance with BRC, 6S, and site health & safety standards
Accurately document maintenance tasks and provide technical updates to engineering leadership
Contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action implementation
What We’re Looking For
NVQ Level 3 qualification in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical), or equivalent.
Proven background in maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environment
Strong capability in one core discipline with working knowledge of the other
Understanding of control systems, drives, actuators, sensors, automation and related technologies
A proactive mindset, strong problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to working safely
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team

Additional Information
This is a full‑time, Monday–Friday position working rotating shifts: 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm.
