Are you an experienced commissioning professional with a passion for digital transformation and service improvement? Join our Digital Commissioning team at County Hall and help shape the future of Lancashire's digital services.

As a Commissioning Officer, you will:

* Lead the commissioning lifecycle for internal and external digital services, including innovative solutions across Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, End User Computing (EUC), Cloud technologies, and Schools.
* Create and manage service level agreements to ensure value-for-money and high-quality delivery.
* Provide expert advice and support to colleagues and stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with digital, cybersecurity, and commissioning policies and regulations.
* Manage service budgets and align them with strategic digital plans.
* Lead strategic planning and procurement of new digital capabilities.

What we're looking for:

* Professional or academic qualification in procurement or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* Substantial experience in commissioning or procurement, ideally within the public sector.
* Proven ability to manage digital service commissioning and contract arrangements.
* Strong knowledge of commissioning processes and best practices.
