Centred is a progressive charitable company based in the Highlands that supports people through mental ill health toward mental well‑being. Our services are based in Caithness, Easter Ross, Inverness, and Lochaber. Our Centred Recovery Centre, based in Inverness, is a centre that provides support and accommodation for up to 23 service users.
We are recruiting for a Social Care Worker to join our Caithness team. This service assists individuals in the community to live independently and provides a Care at Home service.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Workerto join our team. In this role, you will provide high‑quality support to individuals, helping them live safely, independently, and with dignity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a care at home support worker, you will:
* Provide person‑centred support to individuals in their daily activities
* Promote independence, choice, and wellbeing
* Maintain accurate records and follow support plans
* Maintain accurate and professional care records
* Communicate effectively with service users, families, and external agencies
* Work flexibly as part of a committed team
* Work with guidance from support plans, risk assessments, and policies
* Encourage independence and choice
* Provide practical support (meal preparation, household tasks)
* Assist with medication administration
