We have had an intensely busy term and we are anticipating a huge need for teachers from September. This includes potential daily supply opportunities for ECTs, which could potentially lead into long-term or permanent placements. We are looking for teachers available in the Southampton area! Essential attributes we are hoping for in an ECT: Having a can-do, positive, and confident attitude. Knowing the practices and values of successful learning and teaching in the classroom. Being able to establish routines and disciplinary strategies by following the schools own behaviour policies.
