Salary: Up to £27,500, depending on experience
About The Role
We’re seeking an Independent End Point Assessor (IEPA) for the Children, Young People and Families standards to join our End Point Assessment team. As an IEPA, you’ll support apprentices by conducting assessments and grading their work. This role offers a chance to utilize your professional skills while developing others.
NCFE collaborates with training providers, colleges, and employment agencies to advance apprenticeship standards and assessment practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver EPA aligned with Children, Young People and Families standards
* Use NCFE Apprenticeship Services EPA platform for recording and communication
* Participate in standardisation events to ensure quality and consistency
* Communicate with apprentices, training providers, and employers regarding EPA and grading
Candidate Requirements
* A recognised Assessor qualification
* At least 2 years’ experience in competence-based interviewing within the last 5 years
* Experience in producing clear, accurate reports
* Minimum level 4 qualification in the children, young people, and family sector
* Flexibility to travel for face-to-face assessments when needed
