Overview
Senior Product Designer role at TieTalent.
Responsibilities
* Lead the design direction of key projects and work on client products and services, solving complex problems that balance user needs, business goals, and regulatory requirements.
* Contribute to the growth of the design team by guiding mid-level designers, refining processes, and helping to maintain and scale design systems.
* Play an active role in shaping the team’s strategy.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of design experience with exposure to UX, information architecture, and interaction design; strong prototyping and iterative development skills.
* Experience leading workshops and brainstorming sessions.
* Figma proficiency—advanced skills in design system components, responsive design, and prototyping.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies is desirable.
* Familiarity with the healthcare industry (or other highly regulated industries) is desirable.
* Line management experience is desirable.
Working Setup, Salary & Interview
* Working set-up: Hybrid (office required 2–3 times per month). Candidates should live within 2 hours of Brighton.
* Salary: £45,000–£53,000 dependent on experience.
* Interview process: 3 stages.
