About the Role
We are looking for a Dual Site Deputy Manager to join our team at Salisbury House and Holmlea in East Markham, Nottingham. As a Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager and help your team support young adults with complex needs. Responsibilities
* Support the Registered Manager to promote the independence of residents.
* Access and organise a wide range of social and recreational activities within and outside the home.
* Assist with ongoing management and development of individual care plans and ensure that regular reviews are completed.
* Support the day‑to‑day operation of the provision, including staff management and empowerment.
* Provide supervision and support for staff development, enabling a caring service for residents.
* Assist with safe administration and recording of medication and supervise resident access to appropriate services.
* Collaborate with other professionals, agencies, families and friends to ensure the best standard of care.
* Supervise and assist with the administration of the property.
What You Will Be Doing
* Support the Registered Manager to positively promote the independence of the residents.
* Take responsibility for accessing and organising a wide range of social and recreational activities both within and outside of the home.
* Assist the Registered Manager with the ongoing management and development of individual care plans for residents and ensure that regular reviews of the care plans are completed.
* Support the day‑to‑day operation of the provision, including management of the staff team and empower them to deliver the highest standards of care.
* Assist with regular supervisions and support staff personal development.
* Assist with the safe administration and recording of medication and organise and supervise resident access to other appropriate services.
* Work in conjunction with other professionals, agencies, families and friends to ensure the best standard of care.
* Support in the supervision of and responsibility for the administration of the property.

Qualifications
* Minimum Diploma Level 3 Management for Health and Social Care, with a willingness to complete a Level 5 Diploma Operational experience of managing a team.
* Knowledge of relevant national standards for adult social care.
* Proven capacity to manage and motivate a team of staff.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
* Adaptability and flexibility.
