Customer Care Coordinator (Temp-to-Perm)
Location: Ringwood (Hybrid after training)
Salary: £25,584 (£12.30 p/h) + Out of Hours £14.55 p/h
Hours: 40 per week | Full-time
Shift Patterns:
* Day Shifts: Between 08:00 - 22:00 (rotating)
* Night Shift: 22:00 - 08:00 (Out of Hours)
About the Role
Join a fast-paced, friendly Customer Care team where no two days are the same! You'll handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat, process orders, resolve queries, and upsell products-all while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-contact resolution for customer queries
* Process orders accurately and efficiently
* Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue
* Manage emails and back-office tasks
* Work collaboratively in a target-driven environment
