Are you an experienced Data Analyst?
We are looking to recruit a Data Analyst to drive and deliver customer-focused data analysis supporting and developing local operations and customer needs.
Responsibilities include:
1. Communicating with internal clients and third parties.
2. Using internal systems to analyze trends, risks, and opportunities.
3. Providing expertise, solutions, leadership, and training in Maersk SCM operating applications/platforms.
4. Supporting system implementation and conducting application demonstrations.
5. Identifying and supporting system efficiencies and best practices.
6. Leading tasks according to project and customer requirements.
7. Understanding customer and internal KPIs and working with the IM Team to meet or exceed them.
8. Supporting financial reporting and operational volume and productivity tracking.
9. Capturing operational data and creating analysis documentation for customers and internal use.
10. Creating and developing Power BI reports.
11. Presenting data analysis to customers and stakeholders.
12. Communicating effectively and respectfully with employees and managers.
13. Assisting with clerical and operational duties as needed.
14. Attending training programs and applying new skills.
Technical skills required:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
2. Knowledge of relevant WMS systems.
3. Experience with Power BI reporting.
4. Experience working in warehousing/logistics environments is preferred.
Soft skills:
1. Effective communication at all levels.
2. Experience presenting data analysis to stakeholders.
3. Delivering timely and accurate reports.
4. Coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
5. Supporting achievement of customer KPIs.
