Key Responsibilities
As Sous Chef, you will:
* Ensure every guest interaction is positive and encourages return visits
* Manage staff rotas and hours effectively
* Support and cover for the Head Chef when needed
* Handle all ordering and stock control within budget
* Induct and train new team members
* Maintain high food safety and health & safety standards
* Communicate effectively across departments for smooth service
* Support the growth of the private events offering
* Undertake any reasonable management requests
