About the Practice
DB Dental Brighton is a busy and thriving 4-chair family practice with a warm, loyal patient base and a welcoming team culture. Our exceptional Practice Manager has been with us for over 9 years, and we take pride in our high team retention and supportive environment.
The practice is fully equipped with the latest in digital dental technology, including OPG, iTero, and intra-oral cameras, and runs on Dental 4 Windows software.
About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and highly capable Lead Dentist to guide and support our clinical team. In this leadership role, you’ll combine your strong clinical expertise with a compassionate approach and excellent communication skills to deliver exceptional care while inspiring your colleagues to do the same.
You’ll play a key role in helping the practice achieve its goals, building strong relationships with patients and staff alike, and maintaining the highest standards of service and care.
What You’ll Bring
* 3–5 years’ experience as a practicing dentist
* AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance
* Recognised dental qualifications (as per the Dental Board of Australia)
* Leadership or mentoring experience (desirable but not essential)
