Job Description
Salary:
1. £13.71 per hour - £27,090.60 per annum base - OTE of up to £37,090.60 per annum
2. Overtime rates of £18.47 per hour.
Shift:
3. 3ON 3OFF Days - 06:00am-18:00pm.
We’re looking for skilled FLT Operators to support one of our most exciting contracts, working with two of the world’s biggest beverage brands — Coca‑Cola and Monster Energy.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Experience operating Reach, Flexi, or Bendi trucks
✔️ Confident handling and moving pallets at heights of 10 metres or more
✔️ Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and efficiency
✔️ A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced warehouse environment

Qualifications
4. Experience operating Reach, Bendi, or Flexi trucks
5. Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Warehouse Operative
6. Strong understanding of warehouse processes, safety, and efficiency
7. Driven, enthusiastic, and motivated to succeed
8. Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment
9. Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards
10. Good communication and teamwork skills
